Social Services has been working to convert the former Rosedale Public School building into a new centre that will include affordable housing units, a community hub, a child care centre, and an EarlyON centre. This morning, Federal and Provincial Ministers joined Social Services Board Chair Luke Dufour and CEO Mike Nadeau to announce their investment into this new asset.
This addition will include:
• Nine Affordable housing units for seniors
• A new community hub where Social Services staff will provide services to clients
• 49 Additional child care spaces
• A new EarlyON child and family centre
