Case Managers and Employment Coordinators will continually work with you to negotiate and work on a progression plan.
We offer a number of pre-employment and employment programs in-house and with partnering agencies. Programs include:

In addition, benefits are available to help you with the costs of getting a job, being in an employment activity, or leaving Ontario Works for employment. To see what you may be eligible for, contact your Case Manager.
Ontario Works have Case Managers located within the Community hubs that are operated by Housing Services. If you live within the Community Hub area, and require Ontario Works, you can be assigned to a Hub Case Manager.
