Community Hubs
Ontario Works have Case Managers located within the Community hubs that are operated by Housing Services. If you live within the Community Hub area, and require Ontario Works, you can be assigned to a Hub Case Manager.
For more information, visit the Community Hubs page, or view them on our community map.
