Early Learning and Child Care
In February 2021, Early Years Division began directly delivering Licensed Child Care Services in order to meet identified community needs and alleviate waitlist pressures in the child care system. Our services include full-day child care and before and after school programs.
In each of our locations we offer inclusive learning environments and experiences that encourage children to explore the indoor and outdoor world around them. Educators respond to their individual interests and abilities to deepen their engagement and natural curiosity. Children engage in self-directed play.
We understand what an important decision it is to choose a child care. We view families as a key component in our programs and encourage family involvement. Our educators build relationships with families to cultivate and maintain strong connections between home and our programs. It is our priority to ensure that your family has the best experiences during these formative years in your child’s life.
Both of our locations have been approved for the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC). We follow all CWELCC guidelines which allows us to provide more accessible, high-quality child care and lower fees for children 0 to 5 years of age.
St. Paul Extended Day
This high quality extended day program at St. Paul Catholic School offers care for children 4 to 12 years of age and is licensed for 26 JK/SK children and 30 school age children.

Prince Charles Early Learning Centre
This high quality early learning child care at Prince Charles offers care for children birth to 4 years of age and is licensed for 10 infant (0 to 18 months), 15 toddler (18 months to 2.5 years), and 24 preschool (2.5 to 4 years) children.
