We issue a range of opportunities, including tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and expressions of interest (EOIs), for projects including capital improvements, maintenance and repairs, professional services, technology solutions, program supports, and other organizational needs. Contracts for capital works projects are tendered annually, while service contracts for day-to-day repairs are tendered on a five-year term.
