The District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB) is exploring opportunities to bring affordable seniors’ housing to Prince Township.

DSSAB has identified township-owned property on Marshall Drive as a potential site and has begun preliminary discussions with Prince Township. As part of this early exploration, DSSAB has offered to cover the costs of environmental assessments and feasibility studies needed to determine whether the site could support a future housing development.
