New AHOP Home Coming Soon

Construction is nearing completion on a newly built home on Andrew Street through the Affordable Home Ownership Program (AHOP), and it will soon be ready for its next owner.
AHOP helps make homeownership more attainable for eligible households by providing down payment assistance toward the purchase of a newly built home.
Our next available home at 116 Andrew St. features:
Eligibility has expanded to allow eligible families in DSSAB’s catchment area to apply for AHOP, but priority will continue to be given to individuals and families with ties to social housing.
