DSSAB and community partners will conduct the 2026 Enumeration on Homelessness on Tuesday, Oct. 6, providing a one-day snapshot of homelessness in Sault Ste. Marie.

The enumeration will identify individuals experiencing homelessness through shelters, institutions, transitional housing and street outreach.

The information collected helps DSSAB and community partners track changes in homelessness and local needs over time and inform planning for housing, supports and services.
