The District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board (DSSMSSAB) will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in observance of Remembrance Day. This day provides an opportunity to honour the courage, service, and sacrifices of members of the Canadian Armed Forces, past and present, who have served our country in times of war, conflict, and peace.

Regular business hours will resume at 8:30am on Thursday, November 12, 2026. The closure applies to the Downtown Hub at 548 Albert Street East, the Second Line West Hub, the Chapple Avenue Hub, and all DSSMSSAB-operated child care programs. Clients are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure continued access to services and supports.
