Investing in the future of paramedicine starts with investing in education.

The District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB) of has approved the donation of a surplus ambulance, stretchers, and other equipment from Sault Ste. Marie Paramedic Services to Sault College’s Paramedic program.

While these assets have reached the end of their front-line service life, they will continue to make an impact by providing students with valuable hands-on learning opportunities using real-world equipment.

It’s one more way we’re supporting the development of skilled, confident paramedics who will help care for communities across Northern Ontario.
