Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and fully participate in early learning experiences.

Following investments approved through the May 2026 DSSAB Board Report, local child care and EarlyON programs will receive enhanced Special Needs Resourcing (SNR) supports to help ensure children with additional developmental or support needs can participate alongside their peers.

The investment will strengthen access to early learning supports across the district through enhanced staffing, additional resource consultant support, and increased training opportunities for educators.

By investing in inclusive early learning, we are helping create spaces where more children feel supported, included, and able to thrive.
