Request for Proposal No:   DSSMSSAB RFP 2017-0002 
For:     Content Management and Document Management Platform
Submission Deadline:   4:00 noon local time on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 (extended as per Addendum #1)

The DSSMSSAB is seeking proposals for the provision of Design, Development of a Content Management System and Document Management System. The solution should include applicable software licenses, hardware costs, development, customization, implementation, data migration, and training.

District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board (DSSMSSAB)

The District of Sault Ste. Marie Social Services Administration Board (DSSMSSAB) was created in the District Social Services Administration Board Act in 1998. The Board is made up of nine locally elected political representatives, six  from the City of Sault Ste. Marie, one from Prince Township and two from  the Sault North Planning Board Area. These areas represent the geographic jurisdiction of the Board.

The DSSMSSAB, through Social Services, is responsible for the provision and delivery of Ontario Works, Early Years Services and Housing Services.  

The City of Sault Ste. Marie / Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services, are contracted by the DSSMSSAB, for the delivery of Emergency Medical Services (Land Ambulance).
